Here's the Plan
01. Getting to Know You
We like to start a project by getting to know you, your business and your project requirements. This will give us the information we need to give you an accurate quote for the project. We will also provide you with a proposed project schedule. Once you’ve approved the quote and are comfortable with the schedule, we’ll get started on the project! 02. Strategic Planning
With all the administrative stuff out of the way, we can begin planning your new site. We will finalize how many pages are needed, what they will be and how to organize them to best suit your users. We will provide you with a sitemap for your approval that will outline all the pages that will be included in your website and how they will appear in the main menu. 03. Let’s Talk Design
Now the real fun begins! This is where we nail down the aesthetic and design of your new website. We will provide you with a mockup of the homepage design in PDF format for your feedback and approval. Once you are happy with the homepage, we will begin development and design the remaining pages based on the approved homepage design as we build the website. 04. Website Copy
Once you have the homepage design in hand for reference, you can start putting together the copy for the new website using our customized copy document. Our copy document will help guide you in writing your content. We can also develop the website using placeholder content as some find it easier to swap out the content at the end of the project once they have the final product in hand. 
05. Coffee and Code
Now that we have an approved homepage, we will get to work building your new site. During the development phase, we will add website animations and ensure the site is optimized for mobile devices. We also implement page speed optimizations, security measures and an SSL certificate to ensure your site is fast and secure. 06. Review and Revisions
Your beautiful new website is now complete! We will send you access to the new site along with a revision document that will guide you through reviewing process. This is your opportunity to review the final product from top to bottom and provide any revisions you may have as well as update any content or swap images as needed. 
07. Tutorial and Training
Our goal is to build a site that allows our clients to have the ability to easily update 99% of the content and images throughout the site. We customize our website tutorials based on the client’s ability and desire to operate the website. If you have no interest in operating your site yourself, we are always here to help with changes, updates and even ongoing maintenance. 08. Launch
It’s time to get your new site online! We will only launch the site when you are 110% happy with the final product and are comfortable operating your new site. When you are ready, we will get your new site up and running!
