Leader Character Associates
Leader Character Associates was created to be the means by which organizations can elevate Character to the level of Competency in all aspects of an organization’s leadership.
Project Goals
Leader Character Associates is a new business and required strategic planning for their online presence. We needed to position them as a trustworthy, academic and highly knowledgable resource on the subject of leader character.
The client wanted to go with a nautical theme to symbolize leadership and guidance which is reflected in the imagery. We chose a colour palette of tan, green and navy blue to align with the theme and create a traditional and trustworthy design.
For the website itself, we wanted to focus on the credentials and value that the founders and associates bring to the table with their authority on Leader Character research and application. We also wanted to highlight their vast service offering and resources on the subject of leader character. These points combined, creates a confidence for their potential clients that they are the best possible people to help bring leader character into their organization.
